Raytheon unveils new $72M radar-testing facility in Andover


Defense contractor Raytheon Co. on Monday launched a new manufacturing facility in Andover meant to support the production of cutting-edge radar technology for the U.S. Navy.

The 30,000-square-foot facility cost $72 million to develop and was completed just over a year after Waltham-based Raytheon (NYSE: RTN) began construction in May 2017.
