Management lost just under 75 percent of union elections held in Massachusetts in a recent three-year span, one of the highest loss rates in the country during that time, according to a new analysis from the law firm Fisher & Phillips LLP.
Only 13 states had a higher percentage of management losses from April 2015 to April 2018, according to the firm. Nationally, management lost 66.6 percent of elections in that timeframe, the analysis found.
